Learning lab
In learning lab we work closely together.
Three phases are run through several times.
-Observation
-Thesis
-Synthesis
The hermaneutic approach is the way to make learning a part of the daily procedure.
Using analytical tools and developing material to educate and to further the knowledge already excisting in you staff can become part of the work itself.
Timeframe
The Learning lab is a larger and longer procedure. It should be set off only after the courses have been run through and after also teamatic building has found it's limits in the organization.
