2. Discuss it -We discuss it. I/we put theory on it, look at angles.
3. Solve it -We choose the angle, I find the theory to it.
4. Implement it -I give you a plan to implement it, You choose if you think it works
5. Evaluate it -We evaluate the outcome -make adjustments

Months once a week or every two weeks

for a longer time period.

I prepare sessions with a lecture, different excersices and assignments.

You check and choose

Yearly meeting could be to take the year-plan into review.
